My Laptop Faster

If you own a laptop computer, and you have used it for a year or more, you are probably at the point where you are wondering to yourself, "How do I make my laptop run faster than ever?" Most laptops seem to be slower than desktops, but even desktops get more sluggish as time goes on. Fortunately, there are some methods that will clean up your clogged computer arteries that can have you overjoyed with the speed of your laptop and you will no longer be preoccupied with thoughts like, "I wish I could make my laptop faster." You really need to do these three things:

1. Defragment your disk. Over time, your program components get moved all over the place, just like the items in your kitchen pantry do. That makes it harder for your computer to get your programs started when you want them and makes them run slower, too. Defragging your disk will take all like components and put them together; this will streamline the processes your computer goes through and make your laptop faster than ever.

2. Reduce the programs in your startup. Just about every program manufacturer puts in an automatic code to place their program in your startup menu. That means every time you start up your laptop, it has to open all those programs. There is no need for that. Clean those up.

Fix and clean the Windows registry. The registry is probably the most important part of your computer, and as you use your computer more and more, the registry tends to get filled up with unnecessary and obsolete files, programs, drivers, and so on. Cleaning up your registry is the number one thing you can do to make your laptop faster than ever. The best and easiest way to do it is to use a program specifically designed to do it - a registry cleaner program.
